The reel has the ReelQuick reel foot installed already.  The complete part number for this reel foot is RQRF27-022, but on the actual part, you will not see RQRF (ReelQuick reel foot), because you know its a foot, because you have it in your hands.  The numerical part of the part number is separated by the lot number, so you end up with 27-Lot-022-001.  The last number is for the number of pieces made.
